Reservation deposit + 4x bonus coaching calls w/Thor

Lock in your fast and get Thor in your corner before you even arrive

Committing to a fast is a big deal. It’s even bigger when you’ve been unwell for a while and you’re finally saying “ok, I’m ACTUALLY doing this.”

The weeks before your stay matter more than most people realise. That’s when the doubts creep in, the cravings get loud, and the people around you start sharing their opinions (don’t worry, we’ve all been there). So we wanted to make sure you’re not doing that part alone.

Here’s how it works

Pop down your $200 deposit to secure your spot. It comes straight off the price of your stay, so it’s not an extra cost. It just locks you in. (This is non-refundable unless we learn its not ideal for you to stay with us during your discovery call which we will then of course refund)

Book at least 4 weeks before your stay and you get 4 × 1:1 calls with Thor for FREE!

Once a week in the 4 weeks leading up to your fast, you’ll jump on a 60-minute call with Thor. These calls are all about you:

• how you’re feeling, physically and mentally
• what’s coming up for you as the fast gets closer
• any support, tweaks or reassurance you need along the way

After each call you’ll get a summary of what you talked about and your action steps for the week, so you don’t have to scribble notes or remember everything.

You’ll pick a time that suits you, with options during the day, in the evening, or on the weekend.

The fine print (we promise it’s short)

• The 1:1 calls are only available when you pay your deposit before your chat with our team, and at least 4 weeks before your stay.
• Your deposit is non-refundable. The one exception: if we find fasting isn’t safe or ideal for you right now, you’ll get your deposit back in full. Your safety always comes first.

We know booking a fast can feel scary. Thor will be with you through the lead-up so you arrive feeling ready.
